WindowsXP : Active Desktop Recovery Script Error

How to resolve that
1. Start > Run, type "regedit" and press Ok
2. find the registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\SafeMode\Components"
3. at the DeskHtmlVersion change from 272 or 110 to 0 (zero)
4. Restart your computer
